I am writing to you to complain about my new cell phone and service plan. I bought a new cell phone from Talk and Text last month, but the phone is already broken. I would like to return this phone and get a new one without a charge.
Also, my text messaging plan needs to be changed. I thought my plan was for unlimited texting, but I just received a bill for all of the texts I sent last month. I do not think that I should have to pay this bill because my service contract with Talk and Text says that I have unlimited texting.
